Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using BDLord. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BDLord Technologies Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BDLord, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Bangladeshi law to use BDLord. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Listing Accuracy
Sellers and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, including photographs, descriptions, prices, and legal ownership status. BDLord reserves the right to remove any listing that is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of applicable law, without notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post false, misleading, or duplicate listings; scrape or harvest data from BDLord without written permission; use the platform to harass or defraud other users; attempt to circumvent our verification processes; or use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on BDLord — including the logo, design, software, and editorial content — is owned by BDLord Technologies Ltd and protected under Bangladeshi copyright law. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., property photos) but grant BDLord a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform.
6. Payments
Premium listing fees and other charges are non-refundable unless required by law. All payments are processed by Stripe. BDLord is not responsible for disputes between buyers, sellers, or agents regarding property transactions. We are a marketplace, not a party to any property sale or rental agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
BDLord is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, BDLord is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Account Suspension
BDLord may suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice. Banned users may not re-register without written consent from BDLord.
9. Modifications
BDLord may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
